Responsible in creating any innovative concepts for consumer activation in the local area, to maintain brand awareness & trial, as well as its good execution & post evaluation report.
Able to lead a training session & be a trainer of Product Knowledge to the Internal Team (ie.: Distribution Team) and the External Team (ie.: SPG, MD, Salesman APL, other 3rd parties).
Able to collaborate with Brand Management & Distribution Team within his/her assigned area (Medan and Pekanbaru) for maximizing the performance of the Brands.
Requirements
Having a minimum 2 years working experience in Marketing/Sales.
Having a good communication skill, both in Bahasa & English.
Having a working experience with the local Agency/Media and communities, to plan & implement the consumer activation.
Understand the Marketing Mix (including channeling system) in his/her assigned area.
Familiar to all kind of OTC/FMCG activities, would be an additional advantage.
