Responsibilities

Job description :

  • Responsible for Strategic Planning related to Business and store Development
  • Negotiate Rental costs and review all Rental-related agreements
  • Planning & mapping potential areas for the retail location
  • Developing new region for store expansion
  • Location feasibility study for store expansion
  • Responsible to make store strength analysis in advance by seeing the economic growth, population, and competitors

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the same position as a Site Acquisition Lead / Business Development Lead / Location Analyst Lead
  • Required knowledge: site location, site development, and market planner
  • Good Analytical Thinking
  • Great Communication and Presentation Skills
