- A Track Record of Success: Experience in building or scaling impactful logistics solutions, whether in B2B or B2C sectors. Previous startup experience or working in high-growth logistics companies is an advantage.
- Visionary Mindset: The ability to conceptualize and execute transformative ideas that can enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, or revolutionize the customer experience in logistics and supply chain management.
