As a Logistics Analyst at Lam, you'll orchestrate and streamline material flow, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your role encompasses a broad set of responsibilities, including supply chain services, inventory control, and ensuring critical parts availability through enterprise warehouse and inventory systems. Your skilled analysis will support production planning and volume studies. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing Lam's logistics plans for seamless operations.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and support suppliers/manufacturers on their delivery schedules and timeliness to Lam
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and customers to understand their needs, process flow and business challenges
Coordinate with logistic teams globally to ensure seamless movements of Lam shipments
Represent Lam to our valued customers and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
Partner with both Lam and customer-appointed freight forwarders timely shipment handovers or deliveries
Manage Lam appointed freight forwarders operational performance; analyze seasonal impacts and initiate contingency planning to ensure smooth service
Leads logistics compliance and performance reviews
Collect data and analyze historical data/trends for informed and data-based decision making
Drive Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) reviews and process improvements
Manage global projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely execution
Establish SOP on new processes/identified gaps or where needed
Lead existing/new SAP transactional processes
Serves as key support for logistical matters and activities
Job Requirements
Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, responding to shifting priorities, and meeting business needs/deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse team, customers and partners
Effective communication, written and verbal, and customer relationship skills
Collaborative mindset in matrix environment
Possess advanced knowledge on Microsoft programs (e.g. Excel, PPT)
Knowledge and experience on import/export procedures, customs clearance, FTZ/warehouse regulations, incoterms and transportation modes
Self-driven individual with proactive mindset and work with sense of urgency
Preferred Qualifications
Preferably Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years or more, of relevant experience
In-depth understanding on Microsoft programs, SAP and logistical processes

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex youll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex youll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
