Logistics Assistant

Job Description

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving and outgoing process.
• Manage day to day distribution process, from order creation to invoicing in coordination with Sales Team and Customers. (dealers)
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with regulatory and internal procedural requirements.
• Set up and maintain an efficient warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
• Stock level monitoring, cycle count, and controlling B Goods and consignment products.
• Assist monthly S&OP and analyzing forecast data to establish a smooth procurement process.
• Handle export import process of home appliances products, coordinate with shipper, customs broker, customs office, and warehouse 3PL.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics KPI and quality targets to upper management.
• Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Logistics/Supply chain management.
• At least 5 years experience as an Assistant Manager or supervisory level in Logistics/Supply chain role.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP (Order to Cash process) and knowledge about Warehouse management software.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution management.
• Experienced in demand forecasting and understanding of Indonesia export/import regulation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
