Job Description

Responsible

  • Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Preparing and checking import & export documents.
  • Responsible for communicating with importers/exporters and freight forwarders/shipping line for shipping schedule and shipping documentation.
  • Responsible for identifying the accuracy of shipping documentation and custom declaration.
  • Responsible for managing shipment documents to ensure that they are compliance with custom rules and regulations.
  • Follow up shipment, reconciliation the outstanding PO, apply inspection for each shipment, checking form AK, arrange shipment, checking shipping documents, key in COGS to system upon incoming shipments. Update to related team: PM, Sales, Finance and so on.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Logistic or Supply Chain Management in FMCG, F&B or Manufacture Industry
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Have good skill of communication, negotiation, problem solving, planning, and decision making.
  • Able to work independently or as a part of team
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient user of MS Office.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Office
