Responsibilities:
Logistics & Compliance
Collaborate with customs brokerage partner to perform day to day importation activities
Collaborate with customs brokerage partner in establishing the procedures of brokerage and customs clearance services to ensure product handling of import in compliance with International and Local Government Trade regulations
Collaborate with customs brokerage partner to make sure that customs brokerage partner meet KPI in Service Level Agreement
Create and maintain purchase order that cover customs brokerage cost
Collaborate with In Market Quality team to make sure that product released on time
Perform physical sampling especially for vaccine products
Actively participate in programs of Safety Health Environment, Business Compliance, Trade Compliance, GMP, and other related compliances
Participate in audit that held by the Indonesia Customs
Warehouse
Collaborate with 3rd party logistics perform day to day operation at warehouse such as Good Receipt, Stock Take, and Stock Reconciliation
Collaborate with 3rd party logistics in establishing the procedures that comply with Local Health Authorities
Maintaining 3rd party logistics performance to meet KPI in Service Level Agreement
Create and maintain purchase order that cover warehouse cost
Regional L&D
Support the APKJC Business Ops lead(Regional business Ops lead) to establish the role mapping / training program for APKJC Supply Chain Operation in alignment with Supply Chain HUB in EU.
Supports APKJC Managers for Training implementation as identified in their respective learning plan
Ensure compliance of Training and Qualification documents to the record retention schedule management following the GMP Documentation Lifecycle.
Supports the APKJC Bus Ops lead for application of the PSDM training in our day-to-day work
Regional Compliance & SOP Management
Track and support market in any audit, including completeness of audit findings.
Support APKJC Bus Ops lead to establish SOP Management for APKJC SCO in alignment with SC HUB and In Market Quality (IMQ)
Ensure compliance of SCO SOP and its implementation
Ensure the SCO SOP, both regional and local, is reviewed and revised following the SOP schedule.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Preferably having Pharmacist Degree, academic background of Logistics or Operations Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Network Optimization role, preferably in a large complex multinational organization
SAP experience a must
Multi-National company experiences will be a plus
Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Good command in English in reading, writing and speaking
