Duties and Responsibilities:

Outlet Delivery & Collection
- To work with Warehouse Supervisor on Routing and Special Delivery arrangements
- Completion of day-to-day delivery with acknowledged Dos from outlet /or PIC
- To record down quantity of items verifiedwith DOs
- To state down condition on items collected and DOs acknowledged
- To raise alarm ad prompt Warehouse Supervisor on outlet issues during Delivery i.e. delayed, stock take, etc
- Seek confirmation to reschedule Delivery or Collection with acceptable reasons
- To tag /or label Collection items accordingly to identify each outlet, project, items collected
Event Delivery and Set Up
- Seek Clarification on Delivery Timing, Contact Person, delivery location
- To reach outlet /or location at least 01 hour prior to avoid any potential delay caused by Loading Bay or Security Clearance
- Ensure DOs verified by Outlet /or location PIC during delivery
- To raise alarm and prompt Warehouse Supervisor if there are any Delivery issues i.e. MIA items, Outlet entry issues, etc
- To assist with Set Up according to Layout (if provided), PIC or Project's requirement
Event Dismantling and Collection
- To reach outlet /or location at least 01 hour prior to avoid any potential delay caused by Loading Bay or Security Clearance
- Ensure all items delivered in are accounted for as per DO and record down the quantity on the DO if there is any differences
- Ensure DOs verified by Outlet /or location PIC upon leaving Outlet /or location
Documentation & filling
- Must fill up Event Set Up Voucher, acknowledged by Logistics Executive to proceed with reimbursement
- DOs are accurate and tagged /or labelled to identfy the DOs to the items collected to file all completed DOs to designated demarcation Files for record keeping
Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/ SPM or equivalent.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
- Proven driving experience
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a clean record
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
- Ability to remain calm at stressful driving situations (Rush hours)
Salary range :RM 1500 - RM 2000 + allowance + OT
