Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing and conducting: Focus groups, surveys, competitor analysis, and industry research.
2. Analyzing data to identify customer trends, preferences, and pain points.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders across departments (product, marketing, sales) to translate customer insights into data-driven recommendations.
4. Providing strategic input on product development, category management, and customer-centric initiatives.
5. Tackling escalated operational issues and ensuring smooth research execution.
6. Overseeing customer campaigns, providing leads, communication, and performance monitoring.
7. Creating compelling reports and presentations, translating complex data into actionable steps
8. Identifying and analyzing campaign performance, addressing issues, and recommending action plans for optimization.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 7 years of experience in customer research, business insights, or a related field preferably has a research agency background
2. Proven track record of successfully leading research projects and translating insights into tangible business results.
3. Expertise in research methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex insights to diverse audiences.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
6. Leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
7. Proficiency in data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms.
