We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in industrial automation, with proven expertise in process industry applications, particularly within the food and material processing sectors. This role requires a proactive individual with a knack for building strong relationships and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on understanding their needs and providing tailored automation solutions.
• Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the process industry, with a particular emphasis on the food and material processing sectors.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners to promote and sell automation products and solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, demonstrating the value and benefits of our automation products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively position our products in the market.
• Utilize internal sales platforms and tools, including Microsoft Office and SAP, to track and manage sales activities and performance.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our capabilities and solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical) preferred.
• 3-4 years of related work experience in a similar position within industrial automation.
• Proven experience in the process industry or food material processing.
• Expertise in process automation products is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of first sales experience through EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).
• Experience in selling products or providing solutions to the mining industry sub-segment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and internal sales platforms.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
