Maintenance Engineer with supervisory management and hands-on in Injection Molding Machine to join the team.As a
Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Ensure peak performance and reliability of machinery and auxiliary equipment by execute preventive and predictive maintenance.
Train and coach technicians for skill enhancement.- Lead quality improvement and cost reduction efforts.
Manage spare parts inventory efficiently.
- Execute maintenance activities and update documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and 6S standards.- Represent the department in ISO 14001 implementation.
- To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in injection molding machine maintenance
, preferably in heavy-duty or automotive industries. Proficient in troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues, with installation and commissioning experience as an advantage.
- Experience with IMM auxiliary equipment such as robots, dryers, mold controllers, and heating systems.
Strong proficiency in maneuvering IMM controllers and adjusting critical parameters.- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality standards.
Proficient in computer skills, data analysis, and report management.
