About Us: Hiring a Maintenance Executive to manage/maintain property / asset owned by companyResponsibilities:
- Assist the management in all aspects of maintenance but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting and craftsman works.
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on air conditioning units, washing machines, and other specialized equipment.- Diagnose issues and implement solutions to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring quick and effective resolutions to equipment malfunctions.- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance.
Ensure all tools and parts are stored safely and securely.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance that cannot be performed in-house.
Oversee and inspect the quality of work performed by external contractors.
Qualifications:- Vocational training or certification in electrical, or plumbing is preferred.
Proven experience in maintaining and repairing air conditioning units, washers, and other household appliances.
- Minimum of 1 years of maintenance or a related field.
- 5 working days
- Wiling to work in Bandar Sunway area
Ability to join within a short period is highly desirable.
