Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Report directly to Factory Manager and manages 4-5 subordinates.
- Male, max age 45 years old.
- More than 3 years experiences as a Maintenance / Utility / Engineer Manager in FMCG industry.
- Must have a real track record in downtime / machine / man power improvement.
- Have a good leadership skills, strong analytic abilities, results-driven mindset, and strategic thinking.

Our client is a well-known Consumer Goods based in premium based in Kendal, Central Java. Currently They are looking for Maintenance Manager with the following responsibilities and requirements such as:
- Plan and organize all process activities in the Maintenance Department, including Boiler, Cooling Tower and other production machines
- Responsible for TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance)
- Ensure daily maintenance activities can run smoothly
- Budgeting and controlling maintenance department expenditures effectively
- Manage research, feasibility studies, and cost breakdowns related to the Maintenance Department
- Responsible for new materials, processes, procedures, and technologies in the engineering field
