Maintenance Officer

Placement: Batam, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily maintenance activity align with maintenance schedule
• Measure KPI based on daily preventive maintenance, breakdown, etc
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines, prioritizing the safety of personnel and the environment.
• Update inventory list & asset list
• Documents every machine manual book or related drawings, reports, etc
• Upkeep Maintenance Equipment and Spare parts and do Monthly Stock taking and Update Projects Allocation
• Report for any faulty maintenance equipment and follow up for repair maintenance
• Update CMMS with updated activity checklist
• Inspect and follow up preventive maintenance works

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Technical
• Previous experience as Maintenance Planner / Officer
• Having certificate is a plus
• Able to work with huge equipment list & inventory list
• Excellent in spread sheet with inventory management
