Job description & responsibilities:
- Determine best maintenance practices for Power Plant for All Medco Power Indonesia Assets.
- Develop and or improve Maintenance Strategy of Power Plant's Critical Assets.
- Organize proactive Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) / FMEA .
- Monitor RCA/RCFA process on equipment failures and develop strategy to prevent recurrence.
- Occasionally update equipment data, preventive maintenance task lists, critical spare parts lists and diagnostic methods as necessary to improve reliability.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams consisting of Operation and maintenance Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, SCM, Asset Management and SMEs.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of Power Plant, manufacturing, or other industry experience as a Maintenance & Reliability engineer preferred.
- Familiarity with Maximo and/or SAP applications programming.
- Familiar with RCM, FME(C)A or other proactive maintenance program.
- Certified M&R Engineering related like CRE, CMRP would be an advantage.
