Key Responsibilities:
Assist management in continuous improvement at the maintenance plant.
Install and repair hydraulic components, such as pumps, tanks, motors, valves, and filters, using hand tools and power tools, like grinders and drill presses.
Perform replacements on diagnosed faulty electrical elements of machines, including motors, relays, and switches; and set up sensing mechanisms, utilizing hand tools.
Repair or replace valves, fittings, cylinders, and other components as needed to repair or replace damaged parts.
Perform equipment installations, testing, and modifications.
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly managed to achieve maximum performance on a day-to-day basis.
Monitor issues that occur with electrical installations and machinery software that may affect daily output targets, and undertake repairs as needed.
Implement preventive maintenance as per the checklist and report to the foreman.
Ensure that all electrical installations and machinery software are in good condition through daily checks and verifications, or as per maintenance plant guidelines.
Effectively oversee and manage electrical spare parts on a daily basis to support the production, promptly notifying superiors in the event of shortages or the need for replacements.

Share managerial decisions, outcomes of manager meetings, and ensure proper follow-up on their execution.
Facilitate the execution of company policies within his/her designated area of responsibility.

Perform any tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
Have minimum Diploma (D3) graduate in an electronics role.
Have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in reading technical drawings, electrical, and pneumatic schematics.
Experience with leading electrical controls/automation improvement projects.
Knowledge of electrical theory and installation techniques.
Understanding of the national electrical code.
Knowledge of power distribution and grounding techniques.
Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge.
Ability to understand detailed electrical and mechanical schematics.
Ability to accurately diagnose malfunctions in the electrical and mechanical systems of machines and provide concise explanations of the underlying causes of these issues.
Must be able to use analog and digital multimeters.
