MAM Senior Engineer (MES)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Technical Transfer and Creation of new products and process into the Manufacturing production line.
• Evaluating existing manufacturing system and ensuring the system ready to be access.
• Identifying and solving any errors in the system which may result to delays and quality issues in production.
• Ensure MCRS is closed correctly in timely manner.
• Directly support operations with fixing and issue resolution with respect to computer and MAM systems.
• Participates in activities or training in conjunction with production line, IT, Manufacturing systems and anything that related to implementation and on-going support.
• Resolving problem in the assembly / test production system and implementing improvements.
• Developing detailed layouts in the MAM system for machine, processes and workflow.
• Ensure integration between MAM system and other software to test effective automated and manual system.
• Providing technical support to the execution teams when needed.
• Maintaining activity documentation and preparing reports.
• Find opportunities to improve existing processes, equipment and systems by applying industry best practices.
• Support initial and routine upgrade system risk assessment and assembly / test activities.
• Maintaining activity documentation and preparing reports.
• Preparing MAM reports and presentations for management.
• Train new hire MAM team members.
• Lead MAM assembly / test team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a team
• Any additional programming skills would be an added advantage
