Job Description

  • Responsibility:
  • 1. Responsible for customers satisfaction, service quality and branch's performance in sales, service and compliance
  • 2. Lead the Sales & Marketing team to achieve branch sales targets
  • 3. Increase sales and optimize costs to meet sales & distribution operating profit targets
  • 4. Maintain the availability of products in the warehouse
  • 5. Increase the speed of delivering product to customers
  • 6. Increase team productivity and reduce employee turnover rate

Job Spesification

  • 1. Bachelor degree engineering, GPA min 3,0
  • 2. Fresh Graduate / Experience as sales minimal 1 year will be advantage
  • 3. Good interpersonal skill, active, and have a good leadership
  • 4. Willing to work with high mobility
  • 5. Willing to be placed all over indonesia
