We are looking for a Brand Activation Executive who will be based in Jakarta.

Your day to day

Overseeing the post-buy stages in the consumer journey, ensuring that all touchpoints are optimized for satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy that leads to consumer retention. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and team leadership to create and implement effective CX retention strategies.

Support Senior SFP Retention Manager To Develop Long And Short-term Consumer Retention Strategic Plan For Non Combustible Alternative (NCA) Portfolio - Which Includes

  • Consumer Journey Mapping: Identify and optimize key touchpoints in the post-purchase stages to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Define the type of communication and programs, timing, and channels.
  • Consumer Segmentation: Responsible to manage group of consumers based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to tailor CX strategies to each segments in multi-category environment.
  • Churn Management: Develop and implementing churn prevention strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Track, monitor, and analyze customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improving retention metrics.
  • Referral Programs: Oversee referral programs and strategies.
  • Leadership: Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration across all departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Agility & Disruptive innovation: Continuously assess and refine retention strategies to keep pace with changing consumer expectations and market trends, enhancing the overall consumer experience.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Business / Economy or Digital Marketing
  • Excellent in English, both written and verbal
  • At least 6+ years working experience in marketing within consumer goods, retail, electronic, hotel or airline industries - preferably in multinational environment (min. 3 years)
  • Advance in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and basic statistics
  • Good understanding on business process principle from planning, execution and evaluation
  • Passion for understanding consumer needs and pain points
  • High curiosity on data
  • Quick learner with a strong desire to learn new things
  • Strong analytical thinking and able to identify trends, patterns, outliers and have various perspectives
  • Have a good interpersonal communication skill

Experience with consumer retention programs would be a huge plus
