Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
  • Proven ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and agile.

Job Description

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Facilitate management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
  • Manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance, etc
