- Responsible for providing the best strategies for the company's human resources and overseeing the implementation of HR programs in alignment with the company's vision.
- Manage and develop HR planning accompanied by procedures related to the company's human resources.
- Implement and revise the company's compensation (remuneration) programs.
- Analyze and develop updates to existing HR policies and programs within the company.
- Manage the company's standard operating procedures along with appropriate procedures related to HR.
- Supervise and design the end-to-end recruitment process system for each department in accordance with labor requests and the company's effective and cost-efficient manpower planning.
- Plan employee development programs such as training, skill enhancement, and HR mentoring.
- Analyze productivity and work efficiency through employee performance assessments.
- Coordinate with labor authorities to report on employment matters.
- Resolve industrial relations and employee conflicts to ensure the company's continuity.
- Supervise the maintenance of assets, facilities, and office needs through the General Affairs division.
- Minimum education of a Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field. Preference is given to those with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or Psychology.
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in leading an HR team.
- High enthusiasm and passion for the FMCG industry, especially in Personal Care, along with knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of Human Resources.
- Ability to plan budgeting, recruitment cost effectiveness and efficiency, competency development programs, and company competency systems.
- Understanding of company regulation creation such as Company Regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, Job Creation Law, and Legal Drafting.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, communication skills, emotional intelligence, time management, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Experience in various HR specializations such as Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Legal, Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Organization Development, and People Development.
