About the Role
Assess and analyse vendors engineering capability conduct engineering capability development and training plan.
Maintain and rollout IE metrics - to track, validate, calibrate, measure and establish baseline efficiencies by factory.
Support to develop and launch product wise playbook to drive automation and automation index audit checklist at factory level.
Publish and communicate automation index report, monitor and review automation improvement progress.
Partner, coach and challenge vendors engineering team to conduct improvement opportunity assessment with aligned target.
Guide vendor engineering team to deploy kaizen plan/activities by leveraging lean tools, machines and flow to reduce SMV and increase GAP Inc. production efficiency.
Confirm vendors improvement plan on SMV reduction and production efficiency target to be used for cost excellence.
Able to work collaboratively and communicate with different internal and external stakeholders to identify, drive, monitor and leverage improvement opportunities with sustainable results.
