Job Purpose
The main purpose of this job is to oversee network expansion, facilitate branches upgrading, and ensure compliance with UD QR standards. By focusing on network expansion, branches upgrading, and UD QR compliance, this position plays a vital role in ensuring our company's continued growth, streamlined operations, and adherence to industry standards, ultimately bolstering our department's overall effectiveness.
Areas of Responsibilities
Network planning, execution and expansion
Geographical Landscape Analysis and PMA Establishment
Competitor Network Analysis and Recommendations
Formalizing the dealer recruitment
UD QR Compliance
Upgrading branches
In charge of TG SAMA
Strategic Support to the Head of Business Unit
Qualification and Education:
Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering/Sales/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Experience
5 years and above of experience preferably in the automotive industry. Have managerial role experience and demonstrate expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and project management.
Technical Knowledge / Skills:
Project Management.
Able to perform data and market analysis.
Negotiation and Relationship building.
Leadership and Team Management.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word).
People Knowledge / Skills:
Effective Management Skills
Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Effective Presentation Skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,
- 00 - RM10,000.00 per month
