Job Description

  • Candidate must posssess at least bachelor in Business Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Restaurant Manager in Hospitality industry
  • Well-groomed and Presentable
  • Have an excellent understanding of all restaurant section, inventory system, including kitchen and service
  • Customer oriented with hands on restaurant operation exposure, ability to understand financial reports
  • Having good interpersonal, strong and innovative leadership, sales, and marketing
  • Ability to train and develop staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
