Responsibilities
Team and Role Introduction:
- Lead incubation account managers to grow new sellers live in lazada, by educating sellers to join campaign, leverage platform traffic and conversion tools, and maintain store health operations
- Identify gaps and optimize how the team can engage sellers, negotiate for deals and utilize assortment subsidy operations effectively
- Set up a success architect for sellers to graduate from incubation, helping team to unlock seller potential and commitment to grow
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Minimum 6 years experience of commercial role in E-commerce or Tech related industries, growing sellers/merchants business in the platform
- Strong in communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in English, Mandarin is a plus
