Job Description

Oversees all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Develops and implements effective operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Ensures compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Cultivates a strong guest-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Resolves guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Builds strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Maximizes room occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
  • Provides ongoing coaching and mentorship to staff.
Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conducts regular inspections of the hotel property and guest rooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Implements quality control measures to enhance guest satisfaction.
