Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant majors
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing executive or business development
• Capable of planning marketing strategy and budget allocation
• Familiar with creating proposals, reports, and business presentations
• Good negotiation and management skills
• Target-oriented, customer-oriented, and attention to detail
• Good leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Good persuasive communication and analytical skills
• Proficient and used to communicate in English professionally
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta/Depok
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
