Responsibilities
- Support team in daily tasks and complete any assignment
- Coordinating and Liaising both with the individual departments and other department needs
- Do translation of verbal and written Mandarin and or English to Bahasa, vice versa)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of working experience as a Secretary, Administration, or Translator. Open for freshgraduate, preferable from overseas graduate.
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT. Also familiar with using G-suite.
- Fluent communication both in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is a must.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Organized and detail-oriented individual
- The ability to be proactive and use your initiative to see what needs doing and to do it
- Being agile and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
