Responsibilities
Support team in daily tasks and complete any assignment
Coordinating and Liaising both with the individual departments and other department needs
Do translation of verbal and written Mandarin and or English to Bahasa, vice versa)
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of working experience as a Secretary, Administration, or Translator. Open for freshgraduate, preferable from overseas graduate.
Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT. Also familiar with using G-suite.
Fluent communication both in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is a must.
Excellent communication and time management skills
Organized and detail-oriented individual
The ability to be proactive and use your initiative to see what needs doing and to do it
Being agile and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
