Run optimum day-to-day production operations based on the established production schedule
Carry out each stage of production in accordance with the established procedures and standards, i.e. ensuring that nothing is left behind/missed in every step listed in the SOP, WI, and WO (ensures that no materials/ingredients used are left behind/missed), carry out the production process neatly, efficiently and thoroughly, and ensuring that the coding product activity follows establishes procedure
Ensure production tools and equipment are functioning properly according to their specifications, and have been calibrated in accordance with the required calibration program and standards
Record production reports according to established procedures (record in the Work Order or Form that has been prepared), immediately report to direct superiors for all problems that arise and perform troubleshooting on these problems
Support the accomplishment of production targets and standard quality of the product
Ideally, You Would Have
Min. Diploma (Health/chemical/pharmaceuticals) or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, or as Pharmacist, Veterinary, Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Electromedical Engineering
Have excellent pipetting skills
Having experience in molecular biology techniques is an added value
Understanding CPOHB, CPOIB, CPAKB, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 is an added value
Good computer skills, i.e. experience in Google Workspace (Sheet, Slides & Docs) or MS Office (Excel, Word, and PPT)
Have high integrity, honesty, dynamic, and excellent attention to detail
Able to work with a team, communicate well, and have good interpersonal skills
Thorough & nimble, finished report within the time scheduled
