Roles Overview:
- Draft Research Reports: Compose research reports that synthesize findings derived from both qualitative and quantitative data. Manage ad-hoc research alerts and support monthly cross-team updates on relevant commercial trends.
- Present Research Findings to Senior Stakeholders: Prepare and present research presentations at regular meetings for senior stakeholders to provide insight into the market, understand policy implications, guide strategic research and support the organization's strategic decision-making process.
- Comprehensive Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, opportunities and risks within the payments industry.
- Financial Data Analysis: Evaluate financial data, including revenue, costs, and profitability, to support qualitative research findings.
- Translate Reports: Translate news reports from Indonesian to English and provide summaries on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with various internal teams to garner field information to support research findings.
Qualification & Skills Required:
- Education: Bachelor degree holder in any discipline.
- Work Experience: Fresh Graduate, or has minimal work experience of 2 years.
- Domicile: Domiciled in Jakarta.
- Availability: Able to commence work as soon as possible and willing to work on-site in the Jakarta headquarters.
- Language Skills: Strong written and spoken Indonesian and English skills.
- Research Skills: Able to produce institutional grade research and showcases a proactive attitude towards staying update in trends
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize cohesive insights from a variety of data sources. Able to think critically and formulate strategies to drive business growth.
- Financial Analysis: Ability to evaluate financial metrics and is proficient financial analysis.
- Written Skills: Possesses strong written skills to convey complex findings in a clear and salient manner. Possesses effective editing skills (e.g. grammar and typography) to improve the quality of research publications.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, self-driven and possess a high degree of integrity. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, manage multiple deadlines and respond to ad-hoc work requests quickly.
- Detail Oriented: Is conscientious in nature and pays high attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
