  • Job Description:
  • Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketeer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and secure new clients, with a special focus on PMA (foreign companies) operating in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of acquiring and managing client relationships.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition:
Identify potential PMA clients in Indonesia across various industries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage foreign companies.
Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.
  • 2. Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • 3. Service Promotion:
Promote all the company's range of services including accounting and tax, HR services, legal support, construction project management, and internship programs.
  • Create and deliver compelling marketing materials and presentations tailored to the needs of foreign companies.
  • 4. Networking:
Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with industry associations and chambers of commerce to expand the companys network.
  • 5. Sales Management:
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • 6. Client Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and client acquisition, preferably with foreign companies.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and regulatory environment for PMA clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
