Job Description :
- Accepting and filtering student applications
Processing student registration- Giving explanation about school program to prospective students (by phone or school tour)
Managing school social media (include content creator) and respond to incoming inquiries
Organizing and filing of recruitment documentation- Providing consultations for prospective students when requested
Communicate with applicants about their application status, including acceptance/rejection
- Responding to information requests
Handling preparation for short class program, include registration, activities planning, scheduling, and make sure the program running well
Qualification :
Willing to work in Tabanan (about 15 minutes before Tanah Lot)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in admissions, marketing, sales is required for this position
Must have attention to detail and be highly organized- Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on computer
Professional email and phone communication is required
- Have a good skill in Microsoft Office.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa), good time management skills, and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rp3,200,000 - Rp3,600,000 per month
