Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Associate at From This Island. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing projects, and assisting with sales activities. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication
• Solid creative skills in brainstorming and ideating for marketing campaigns
• Experience in market research and analysis, including identification of industry trends and pricing
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects, monitor, and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
