Must be experienced in building Food & Beverage Brand.
Must be able to carry out brand strategy and implement integrated marketing plans related to the goals of a business in order to drive sales, perception, engagement and Brand Awareness.
Must be able to create an event that meets customer's need and current trends to boost revenue and company branding.
Must be able to ensure Brand identity and messages which are consistently applied to all customer touch points including digital marketing but not limited to offline activities.
Must be responsible for advertising strategy and planning and its targeted ROAS.
Must be responsible for budget strategy and planning each marketing with its targeted ROI and promotion channel.
Must be able to define clear and relevant KPIs for brand campaigns and boost revenue.
Must be able to implement effective and innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Must be able to observe and make the surveys outcome on competitors marketing activities.
Must be able to monitor and evaluate the targeted implementation of sales, pricing, promotion and brand equity's strategies.
Must be able to lead market research and monitor brand activity to control brand's performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation and maintain brand relevance.
Job Requirement:
Minimum S1 (bachelor degree) in any major
At least 5 years experience in marketing manager or head of marketing and branding
Preferably having experience in food & beverage industry / hospitality
Independent, Proactive, highly energized, reliable, be responsible and have a high degree of personal integrity
Experience worked with influencers, sosial, Digital Media Marketing or etc for marketing purposes.
Experience handled marketing for multibrand.
Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
Good Presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels.
Have the ability to develop and execute a marketing strategy trough interaction with operational team
