Requirements
Minimum of 8-10 years in business development or senior marketing roles, with a strong track record in both ATL and BTL marketing.
Working exposure in marketing agency is mandatory.
Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.Deep understanding of ATL (e.g., TV, radio, outdoor advertising) and BTL (e.g., events, activations, direct marketing) strategies.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Established connections within the marketing and advertising industry are a plus.
