Job Qualification:

You will assist the Chief of Marketing to lead, develop and execute effective strategies to support business development efforts for the Island and development projects. You will be responsible for providing guidance to the marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands. You will be working closely with our sales and leasing department to develop pricing strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives. You will be supported by in-house teams, consultants, vendors and creative agencies on digital and social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Leading and guiding the marketing team.
• Evaluating and developing marketing strategy and marketing plan.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Communicating the marketing plan.
• Researching demand for our products and services.
• Competitor research.
• Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to achieve goals while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Understanding and developing marketing budgets
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Developing promotions with advertising managers.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts including organizing trade shows and events.
• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
• Working with in-house teams, consultants, vendors and creative agencies on digital and social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
• Min 10 years of relevant marketing experience in the real estate industry.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage budgets.
• Professional and proactive work ethic.
• High competence in project and stakeholder management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
• Willing to relocate to work in Bali.
