Job Description Assist in social strategy development and leading the creation of impactful, engaging multichannel programs and content to help drive consideration, attract prospects, and further engage brand fans.
Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive actions.
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with the brands voice and image.
Analyze social data and identify key findings to advise social content optimizations and share out with key collaborators.
Review the effectiveness of the marketing communication strategies and marketing campaigns.
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and insights to senior management.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective expenditure.
Track and report on the financial performance of marketing activities.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in a marketing supervisor role.
Proven experience in a marketing supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferably specializing in Management, Business Development, Marketing, or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the Malaysian market and cultural landscape is an advantage.
Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
