Job Description

Position Overview:

The Marketing Creative Lead plays a pivotal role in leading and inspiring the creative direction of our fashion brand specializing in intimate apparel and lingerie. This position oversees multiple teams including Creative, Digital Marketing, and Branding, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic vision, artistic flair, and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence in our marketing endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that resonate with our target audience and elevate brand perception.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and provide artistic guidance to the creative team for campaign concepts, visual assets, and content creation.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of Digital Marketing, Branding, Creative professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Lead Digital Marketing to develop integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across online channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our digital presence and effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Brand Management:

  • Uphold brand integrity and ensure that all marketing initiatives align with our brand values, aesthetic, and positioning.
  • Develop and implement brand guidelines to maintain consistency in visual identity, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, packaging designs, and other brand assets.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including Sales and Operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on marketing strategies, performance, and upcoming projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field;
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role within the fashion industry, preferably in intimate apparel or lingerie.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
