Job Description
Develop and maintain online and offline customer funnel monitoring tools (CRM)
Setting budgets and targets such as KPIs, CaCs
Decide timely Marketing & Brand strategy for the entire company and each division
Planning, managing, and evaluating marketing activities with the appropriate metrics that align with the company's goals
Conducting timely market research, and regular monitoring of industry trends, customer behavior & competitors
Ensuring adequate technology implementation for Marketing purposes
Coordinate regularly with Corporate Secretary and Managing Partners to leverage client acquisition and retention
Conduct periodical surveys to measure customer satisfaction and service quality
Planning Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly campaign strategies, and evaluating the marketing campaigns
Identify potential partners, clients, and collaborators within the tax and financial industry.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Fields
3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with high fluency in written and spoken English
Experience in leading a high multitude of marketing projects, as well as managing teams and budgets, and conducting market research
Prior exposure to the tax industry will be highly advantaged
Proficiency in SEO, Social Media, and other online marketing tools, and monitoring tools such as CRM and BI Tools
Strong analytical skills, with adeptness in reading customer behaviors and market trends
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
