Whats is the job
As the Food & Beverage Marketing, youll propose strategic programs, partnerships, events and activations that drive brand awareness and visitation from in-house and external guests, leading to topline revenue generation that supports the business goals of the resorts five dining establishments.
Additionally, youll oversee all digital channels pertaining to the Restaurants & Bars, including but not limited to websites & social media accounts, implementing content creation ideas, proposing ads, and collaborations with KOLs. The ideal candidate will also be the brand keeper of all collateral design and production, and provide communication support, reporting, administration, customer services and other marketing initiatives as directed by the Director of Marketing Communications, and with supporting guidance from the Director of Food & Beverage.
Your day to day
- Manage, update, and coordinate the yearly Restaurant & Bars marketing plan, execute marketing activities and strategies to promote all R&B offerings.
- Coordinate all requirements for R&B menus, including menu editing, translation, printing, and similar.
- Manage all in-house marketing collaterals, including banners on screens, in-room collateral, App-contentPut forward relevant partnership ideas that can bring value to our establishments, either monetary or PR worthy.
- Be a true advocate of restaurants & bars on the island. Frequent the culinary hotspots and get to know the fellow industry players.
- Use guest feedback to suggest new trends and preferences to the culinary and food and beverage team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. Lead all guest review channels including TripAdvisor, Facebook, and Google ensuring that reviews are responded to in a timely manner, and consolidated and presented to the R&B team.
- Prepare and present reports to management based on pre-determined requirements. Type reports, memos, and correspondences including those of confidential nature for the operations and administrative functions and maintain files accordingly.
- When and if necessary, handle group reservations for outlets and act as a meetings & events manager.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.Consolidate F&B weekly & monthly MKT report.
Whats the qualification
Minimum of Two years experience in a leading local F&B / luxury retail company.
Working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and spoken.
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing & partnership strategies.
Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customers feedback.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to report effectively to senior management.
