REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication and Media, Business Management, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Media Industry or FMCG Industry for children will be preferred.
- Have great sales achievements with fairly consistent sales figures from month to month.
- Strong knowledge of Media Industry or Other Industry marketing and sales process related to KOL
- Have good interpersonal skills, self-confidence, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Have a strong personality and willing to work with high mobility schedule.
- Target oriented, have experience selling high-end products and have many achievements.
- Have highly organized skills, committed to delivering high-quality work and have curiosity with good follow-up.
- Able to adapt quickly, manage and follow up sales team and agents, and work in teams and individually.
- Willing to work on weekends or holidays and be placed in Yogyakarta.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find and meet buyer candidates to introduce and explain the companys products.
- Focused on B2B Sales and Partnership
- Develop and maintain relationships as well as follow up the buyer candidates to make further progress in buying the companys essential products.
- Oversee and develop marketing campaigns including promotional activities.
- Responsible for project sales for end-to-end.
- Identifying opportunities for further sales and new product development within the designated sales target.
- Oversee advertising, publicity and brand strategic management.
