Role Description

The Online Marketing Executive role is responsible for driving sales through digital channels, enhancing the company's online presence, and effectively engaging with customers to meet their needs and achieve sales targets. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of online marketing strategies and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer chats received via WhatsApp.
• Identifying clients shipping needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Maintaining good and professional relationships with customers, and catering to their needs.
• Actively seeking new opportunities/customers and achieving sales and marketing targets.
• Collaborating with the operational team to ensure smooth deliveries to customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales/Marketing professional.
• Experience in online sales marketing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and high initiative.
• Patience in dealing with customers (good customer service)
• Target-oriented, diligent, consistent, and with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly, be agile, active, and responsible.
• Willing to work from office
