Our client, an international caf known for fresh, healthy meals made from organic and locally sourced produce, seeks a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for Food & Beverage brands, preferably in Bali.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing marketing trends and technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in online advertising, including but not limited to: Google Ads, Google Analytics, and TripAdvisor.
- Proven experience in writing press releases and online content (portfolio required)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products, services, and brand image.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Writing and coordinating press-releases, composing various online content for the company's website and social media accounts.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, product development, customer service, etc.) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
- Identifying, acquiring and maintaining new influencers and celebrities contacts in line with the brand.
- Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing strategies.
- Use data and analytics tools to track campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Allocate funds for different campaigns, monitor expenses, and ensure budget adherence.
- Evaluate the ROI of marketing expenditures and adjust strategies as needed.
