Job DescriptionsWe are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager who will support to promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the image of BIASA Group.
As marketing manager, this function will work with two teams; the brand marketing communications team and the wholesale team respectively.
Within the brand marketing team, this function will be responsible for mapping out the brand and communications strategy and plan across an integrated channel platform.
It will support in building the corporate brand and reputation of the company both internally and externally, drive sales opportunities across the retail, wholesale and on-line channels.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Advertising
Executes email marketing, and display advertising.- Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns creative and media plans
Build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness.
- Advertise our company and products/services on various media
Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings to stakeholders.
- Social Media Content Management
Overseeing and development of the overall content strategy for an enterprise, as well as marketing campaigns and implementing these on all platforms.- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
Produce marketing copy for our website
- Building relationships with potential and existing customers through social media networks.
Monitor corporate website and social media pages- Work directly with project managers, designers, social media, and media teams to design and implement key marketing campaigns.
- Public Relations and Visual Asset Management
Balancing traditional and digital marketing and eCommerce activities to contributing to public relations (PR) activities for the brand.- Maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care.
Manages photo shoots for seasonal or festive promotions in partnership with the cluster or area marketing team.
- Promote companys products and services during events
Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
Able to create content for any social media
- Perform competitive research to understand whats happening in the market and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders.
- Events, Promotions & Sponsorships
Support in conceptualizing, planning and developing opportunities for the company to create brand awareness and increase sales through events, sponsorships and promotions in store- Seeking new opportunities locally and internationally to promote the brand
Developing contacts within various industries and networks to effectively market with limited budget
Implementing BIASA Privilege Program Loyalty Program - across all stores, working closely with departments to ensure all systems are in place to efficiently run the program
- Ensuring ongoing loyalty program collateral systematically dispatched to customers
Managing and collating VIP database and privileges across all brands using existing and new systems
- Web Assets, Social Media & Digital Marketing
Maintaining company web assets- Managing all social media platforms for the company facebook instagram, working closely with design, graphics and marketing team members
Working digital marketing plans to increase visits to all digital platforms further raising awareness of the brand, in turn, creating more sales opportunities
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs)
- New Markets Local & International
Developing relationships with key hotels, associations and institutions within Bali and Jakarta to ensure steady flow of new customers
- Seeking and developing new opportunities for the company to expand within Indonesia Surabaya, Bandung, Makassar etc along with internationally Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and more
To assist in planning and delivery of design, build and functionalities of online sales platform (B2C, B2B)
- Help to maintain delivery timeline and project milestones for internal departments to deliver relevant information and collateral.
To act as a central point of contact for any relevant ecommerce tasks, helping to coordinate between all internal and external parties involved.- Ensuring all information, images and assets created are in line with BIASA brand ethos and visual guidelines.

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager at least 4 years
- Familiar with Facebook Ads, Google analytics, Social Media Marketing and Content Creator
Demonstrated expertise of online and offline marketing- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous
Have a keen interest in fashion- Exquisite communication and people skills
Proficient English skill
- Exceptional Copywriter skills
