Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales in the fashion retail.
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, PR, and advertising.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to create and launch new products, ensuring effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and in-store activities to engage customers and boost brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with brand guidelines and convey the desired brand message.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new marketing techniques, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing from Fashion Retail industry (preferably)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI.
  • Willing to be placed in Landmark Pluit Office.
