Our client, a food manufacturer (FMCG) that expanding their business (under biggest retail group in Indonesia) looking out a Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Conduct market surveys and analyze market trends and demand to identify opportunities for product expansion and innovation.
- Develop brand DNA for existing and new products, ensuring alignment with company values and customer preferences.
- Implement brand activation strategies, including website development, company profile creation, product catalog design, in-store promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Collaborate with product development teams to create and refine product designs, including packaging, based on product specifications and target consumer preferences.
- Plan and control marketing budgets, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor progress and timelines for New Product Development (NPD) projects.
- Develop the skills and expertise of marketing team members through effective organization structure and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or related field from reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage (FnB) or FMCG Food industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
