Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will spearhead our marketing efforts, developing and implementing both digital and traditional strategies that enhance our visibility and drive engagement. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical prowess to deliver on our goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
-Strategy Development: Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organization's objectives and promote our impact goals. This includes encompassing a 360 marketing approach, integrating traditional and digital marketing methods for maximum reach and engagement.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with your team to generate compelling content for diverse platforms such as social media, email marketing, blogs, video, and traditional advertising channels to boost brand awareness and stimulate community engagement. Ensuring the content reflects our mission and resonates with our target audience.
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and display advertising. Utilize innovative digital marketing techniques to expand our online presence and drive engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. Provide detailed reports on ROI and KPIs to measure success and inform future strategies. Implement A/B testing and other analytical methods to optimise marketing campaigns.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently for maximum impact. Identify cost-effective marketing opportunities and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Operations, Community Outreach, and Project Management to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop marketing materials that support lead generation and conversion efforts.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within an NGO or environmental focus, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in managing SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing campaigns, and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability in using marketing metrics and analytics tools to measure performance and drive decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Passion: A strong commitment to environmental sustainability and ocean conservation.
Skills:
- Ability to generate creative ideas and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Experience in leading projects or teams, with a knack for motivating and guiding others.
- Comfortable navigating the rapidly changing landscape of digital marketing and environmental advocacy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and platforms, including CRM systems and content management systems.
This role is based in our vibrant Bali office, and involves regular travel, providing the opportunity to engage directly with diverse communities and stakeholders.
