- Jobs Function and Duties :
Design, organize, and execute offline marketing campaigns such as events, health seminars, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.- Create and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and banners at various strategic locations.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure all marketing activities run smoothly.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with business partners, communities, and related stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to understand the needs and preferences of the target market.- Report on marketing activities and provide recommendations for future marketing strategies.
Coordinate and ensure the effective use of outdoor media such as billboards, banners, and print media.
- Uphold the hospitals branding and maintain a positive image in the community.
Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably with experience in the healthcare or hospital sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Creative, innovative, and able to work both in a team and independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic graphic design Software is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to work in the field and travel for business purposes when needed.
