  • Manage the end-to-end CRM Operations
  • Create and distribute promotional vouchers.
  • Plan and set up Push Notifications (PN) and WhatsApp
  • Monitoring of CRM Activity Delivery
  • Track the performance and delivery of CRM campaigns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of CRM communications.
  • Implement and manage automated calling campaigns.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and reach of robocalls.
  • Evaluate the success of CRM campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing CRM operations and marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret performance reports.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with script creation for campaigns, especially through robocalls, WhatsApp, push notifications and other media.
  • Understand about credit products, especially cash loan products.
